What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a technique to boost focus and motivation created by productivity expert and author Francesco Cirillo. It is used by millions to help them work and study more effectively.
The technique breaks down work into time intervals, usually 25 minutes each, with 5 minute short rests in between. It is called the Pomodoro technique because pomodoro means tomato in italian, and the inventor used a tomato shaped kitchen timer when he first used this technique.
Many have found that this technique helps them work better, especially those who struggle with focus and may have ADHD. - Todoist
